India’s smallest state, Goa is well renowned for its beaches and places of worship, and tourism is the primary industry here. Tourism in Goa has generally focussed on the coastal areas of this state.  Casino Royale Goa - A casino ship aboard river Mandovi, the waterway running along the capital city Panaji. This is a gaming destination offering a hoard of gaming options.

Chapora Beach – Located in Northern Goa, this is a hub for cheap travel accommodation options. Chapora Fort, an ancient Portuguese fort also lies in this coastal village.

Basilica of Bom Jesus – Situated in Old Goa, this ancient church finds its name in the list of UNESCO world heritage sites. This is one of the oldest churches of India.
 Goa is also known for its spectacular beaches, the popular among them being Palolem, Agonda, Baga, Colva, Dona Paula and Calangute Beach. Lots of visitors reach Goa only to enjoy the beaches here. The peak season for beach tourism in Goa is during the festive season of Christmas and New Year, and during the summer season in May. During the monsoon season, from June through September, the sea can be uneven and therefore as a safety measure swimming in beaches is forbidden.
